Feed the whole crew with this simple & tasty dishes

It's a lazy Sunday morning and you don't feel like waking up. But wait! The crew is coming over for lunch. Your fridge is emptier than a park in the middle of the night. There's not much time to cook a large meal that would impress your friends and be done quickly. Don't worry, read those recipes, grab your shopping bag and let's do this!


1. Salads for everybody!


Everybody loves salads! Ok, maybe some of your friends hate tomato and the others dislike cucumbers or even green salad. But there's plenty of choice for everybody! A good thing about making salads is they're easy to make, they're healthy and can be a great side dish. So I would recommend you to make three big bowls of different salads. Here are my favorite picks:

Greek salad


You're gonna need:
• One fresh cucumber
• Three to five fresh (and big!) tomatoes
• Two fresh peppers
• A fist of olives
• Some feta cheese
• Olive oil and balsamic vinegar
• Greek Monkey
• Salt and pepper

In the making of:
Peel a cucumber and cut it into cubes. Cut tomatoes and peppers into small pieces and make sure to throw away stalks (middle part of peppers). Cut feta cheese into cubes. Mix all ingredients together, season your salad with Greek Monkey, salt, and pepper and you're good to go!

Green beans and peanut butter


You're gonna need:
• 500g of green beans (frozen or fresh)
• 3 spoons of peanut butter
• Italian Monkey
• Soy sauce
• Oil and vinegar (whichever you like)

Let the magic happen
Cook the gran beans in salty boiling water. When cooked, pour the water away. Mix all other ingredients in a cup. When mixed, add it to green beans. Ta-da, all set up!

Green salad with bacon, eggs, and parmesan


You're gonna need:
• Green salad or fresh spinach (witchever you prefer)
• Two eggs
• Some bacon
• Handful of parmesan
• Italian Monkey
• Pumpkin seed oil
• Fresh lemon juice
• Salt and pepper

In the making of:
It shouldn't be too complicated. Boil the eggs and peel it. Wash the salad and cut it into smaller pieces. Dry fry bacon for few seconds on each side. Mix all ingredients - salad first, then cut eggs over it, add bacon, parmesan, Italian Monkey, oil and lemon juice and season it with salt and pepper. Voila, Bon appetite!

2. Guacamole in the House!


Guacamole is just awesome! It's delicious, healthy and you can eat it with basically any other dish. It can be a side or a main dish and usually, everybody loves it. So bring on the guacamole! Serve it with tortilla chips or fresh bread.

Ingredients for gua-gua-guacamole:
• 3 avocados
• 2 tomatoes
• 1 onion
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 lime
• Italian Monkey
• Salt and white pepper

How to mix it well:
Peel avocados and remove pits, then mash it with a fork. Dice tomatoes, cup dice an onion and chop garlic. Squeeze a lime. Mix all ingredients together and season your guacamole with a handful of Italian Monkey and pinch of salt and pepper. Good appetite!

3. Chicken breasts with Pesto and potato


This one is so simple, you can do it even if you had a leg day yesterday. Right? Yeah! And this dish is just perfect when served together with guacamole. Yummy, it makes even me hungry, although I just had my dinner. Ok, back to the recipe.

You're gonna need:
• Chicken breasts (let's say one on two or three people, depends on how hungry they're gonna be and how much food are you planning to serve)
• Potato (again, let's say 3 medium sizes per person)
• Olive oil
• Pesto (you can buy premade pesto or make on by yourself)
• Greek Monkey
• Salt

Let's do this:
Wash and dry chicken breasts. Put it in a greased baking pan, add some more olive oil and spread Geek Monkey and salt all over it. Peel potatoes cut them on dices and add them in a pan. Put a pan into the preheated oven and bake it for 30 to 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Serve it with a tablespoon of pesto by the side and let's get this party started!

4. Salmon Dance


Hello boys and girls, my name is Fatlip, and this is my friend, Sammy the Salmon. Today, we're gonna teach you some fun facts about salmon, and a brand new dance... OMG, you don't know that song? Just search for Salmon Dance on YouTube and come back later.

Ok, did you listen? Now it's time for a recipe and make sure you got the salmon moves.

You're gonna need:
• Salmon Fillet
• Leek
• Red onion
• Butter
• Fresh lemon juice (squeeze one lemon)
• Italian Monkey
• Salt and pepper

Dance the Salmon out:
Clean the leek and cut in into small pieces and dice an onion. Put some butter in a pan and let it melt. Add leek and onion and roast it for 10 minutes. Season it with salt and pepper. Melt some more butter in another pan. When melted add freshly squeezed lemon juice an let it boil for 1 minute. Then add Salmon Fillet and roast it for 3 - 6 minutes on each side. Season it with a handful of Italian Monkey. Salmon Dance is finished! Enjoy your salmon fillet with veggies.

5. Who's gonna bake pancakes?


And last but not least - pancakes! You don't need a recipe for that one, right? Just let one of your friends bake some yummy pancakes. And your little "tea party" ... no, Sunday with your crew - has succeeded. Bravo, nobody's hungry and you were able to prepare it all in no time!
