So here is a really easy and fresh recipe for you. All you need is a good salmon fillet, some baby spinach, and some aromatics!
- Half of a lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic (halved/crushed)
- Greek Monkey
- Lime juice
- A nice salmon fillet
- 20 g of butter
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
Cut into the salmon skin. Not too deep. Ad a little bit of olive oil and season well. Heat the pan so you can see some smoke starting. Fry the salmon skin-side down for a 1,5 to 2 minutes. Flip it and add the butter, garlic, and lemon. Baste it for about 30 seconds. Serve on a bed of spinach seasoned with olive oil, lime juice and a few pinches of Greek Monkey.
