Got any scraps left?

 

I can never throw food away. I've been working in restaurants and leftover food is a BIG deal. You can always use the leftovers. Especially for sauces and snacks!

I Had some broccoli, snap peas, green onion, zucchini and some mushrooms leftover in the fridge. Just enough to make a little snack!

 

 

You'll need:

  • 100g of pasta
  • Snap peas
  • Zucchini
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Green onion
  • Cashews (or any nut)
  • Some sesame seeds for garnish
  • 4 mushrooms
  • Gill Kong
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce


How you do it:

Chop all the veggies roughly an saute them in the seasoning and soy sauce. Add the sliced garlic at the end. If needed add pasta water. When veggies get soft, add the cooked pasta. Garnish and serve :)
