Oh yeah, that hit the spot. So, this is another easy and quite fast recipe with very little ingredients.
- 3 eggs
- 200g of cheese
- Greek monkey
That's it. I mean, if you want you can add some fresh basil. But… cheeeeseeee :)
Put 100 g of the cheese in a cold pan. Turn on the heat. Put on medium. Beat the eggs and add a half of a teaspoon of Greek Kong to the egg. When the cheese melts and the edges just start to color, season the cheese with some Greek monkey and pour in the eggs. Add the rest of the cheese and cover for 1 minute. Uncover, fold the omelet and serve. Simple, cozy and super tasty!
