Perfect for Taco Tuesdays. Or any other day when you crave Mexican food. Why? They are light, fresh and packed with a tonne of flavor. Plus, everyone loves tacos!
- Grill Kong
- 2 medium tortillas
- 300g of shrimp tails
- A half of an avocado
- 2 limes
- Some baby spinach
- 2 spoons of sour cream for garnish
- One small tomato (cut into small cubes)
- A 6 or 8 thin slices of a red onion
- 2 fist fulls of greeted cheese
Heat a large pan and fry the shrimp on some coconut oil. Don't overcrowd the pan! Season with Grill Kong and just before you pull them out of the pan, squeeze a lime on them for extra freshness. The difficult part is over. Now you just build your taco. Shrimp, cheese, baby spinach, avocado slices, onion slices, tomato, a spoon of sour cream and some extra Grill Kong. Serve with lime wedges.
